Laid by J is an established hair stylist based in Essex. She provides hair services for a diverse range of clients from natural styles such as braids and weave to wig instalments. As a business Laid by J cares about providing amazing service and customer satisfaction and takes pride in their service. The brand was in need of a refresh with the goal of modernising their look. We worked together on brand strategy, specifically techniques that can be used to connect with their existing audience and to also attract new clients. As a result of our brand strategy sessions we also produced loyalty cards as a method to retain clients.
